01 / privacy

Information provided with a request.

Forms collect the name, contact and business details, country or region, product/application context, message and optional reference file that you choose to supply. Factory Visit and Photo Match may request information relevant to those purposes. Do not submit payment credentials, unrelated sensitive information or confidential engineering material without an agreed project-access arrangement.

02 / privacy

Why a request is saved.

The lead workspace stores a unique reference, request type, creation time, workflow status and follow-up information so the team can review, respond and track the request. Submission is not an order, automatic suitability decision or marketing subscription. Production purposes and legal wording must be finalized for the actual operating entity.

03 / privacy

Files and project access.

Reference files are stored outside the public WordPress media directory. Authorized staff access them through a permission-checked download; they are not intended to become public product assets. Drawings, supplier information or other advanced project material require an agreed access scope. A public product-image approval is separate from handling an inquiry attachment.

04 / privacy

Security and abuse prevention.

The form uses security tokens, validation, a honeypot, duplicate-request checks and limited rate-control records. These controls support operation and abuse prevention. They do not justify promising perfect security. The actual hosting, backup and access-control arrangements must be reviewed before production use.

05 / privacy

Local preparation and browser storage.

The application-brief tool prepares editable text in your browser. Selecting Use this brief in RFQ moves that text into the form through short-lived browser session storage; it is removed from that transfer storage when loaded and is not sent until you submit. Editorial login sessions and security tokens are used for protected review and administration. Any future analytics or nonessential cookies require an accurate disclosure based on what is actually enabled.

06 / privacy

Access, service providers and cross-border handling.

Access should be limited to staff and service providers needed for the approved request workflow. The business operates from Guangzhou, China. Before launch, confirm the actual hosting locations, processors, international-transfer arrangements and any required notices or safeguards. No unverified hosting-country, certification or legal-compliance claim is made in this candidate.

07 / privacy

Retention and individual requests.

Contact TitanTrail with the request reference if you need to discuss information you supplied. The final policy must specify a justified retention schedule, deletion exceptions and the process for applicable rights and identity verification. This draft does not invent a retention period or promise a response deadline that the business has not adopted.

08 / privacy

Responsible entity and policy changes.

The exact legal English operating-entity name and final privacy contact details require founder confirmation before production publication. Material workflow changes should be reflected in the notice. This is a complete review candidate, not a statement that production privacy or legal acceptance has already passed.
