Policy candidate / founder review

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Founder-review policy candidate. This draft describes the inquiry-first direction; final legal and commercial terms require confirmation before production release.

01 / shipping

China to global, planned for the actual shipment.

The approved fulfillment direction is shipment from China to global markets. The appropriate arrangement depends on the destination, product, quantity, dimensions, packaging, handling requirements and the agreed project. Do not interpret this page as confirming service to every destination or a particular carrier.

02 / shipping

Prepare a useful shipping request.

Provide the destination country and postal region, intended product or configuration, expected quantity and any timing or handling constraints. For business shipments, identify the receiving company and whether you have a preferred freight arrangement. Do not send unnecessary identity or financial documents through the initial form.

03 / shipping

Confirm the written delivery scope.

The quotation or agreement must state the shipping charge, agreed delivery responsibilities, dispatch plan, trade terms, destination obligations and the treatment of duties and taxes. A product or configuration discussion does not include free shipping, insurance or tax-paid delivery unless explicitly agreed.

04 / shipping

Dispatch and transit are separate.

Any production or preparation plan must be distinguished from carrier transit. Samples, custom products and bulk orders may require different coordination. Dates remain subject to written confirmation; this draft does not invent processing days, delivery guarantees or standard lead times.

05 / shipping

Customs and destination requirements.

Review import eligibility, local product-use requirements and the documents needed for the destination before confirming an order. The responsibilities for customs clearance, duties, taxes and other charges must be agreed for the actual shipment. No tax rate or universal import approval is promised.

06 / shipping

Receiving the goods.

Check the parcel count and visible condition against the shipment information. Keep packaging, labels and the shipment reference if there is visible damage, an incorrect item or a discrepancy. Send a clear description and relevant photographs so the specific issue can be reviewed.

07 / shipping

Changes and transit problems.

Contact TitanTrail with the project or shipment reference as soon as you identify a problem or need a delivery change. Availability of changes depends on the shipment stage and carrier process. Any remedy or additional cost requires case-specific agreement; this draft does not set a claim deadline or automatic compensation.

08 / shipping

Terms awaiting final confirmation.

Founder review must finalize the order-specific shipping workflow, destination restrictions, documentation responsibility and issue-reporting process before production launch. This page is an operational policy candidate, not a substitute for the shipment terms in an accepted quotation.

Shipment planning

Standard, oversized or project-specific?

Standard available products

Future direct checkout requires a released SKU and reliably configured shipping, tax and payment. None is assumed from a candidate product card.

Oversized or heavy goods

Review packed dimensions, actual weight, handling, destination and quantity before a shipping offer. No flat-rate or free-freight assumption.

International or project orders

Use a written shipping quotation when the total or responsibilities cannot be calculated reliably. Confirm trade terms, duties and taxes for the actual shipment.
